Can you spell pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis? How about place, house, or jambalaya? If you LOVE to spell, then come on board, Captain! This summer, ANA 2012 is proud to host the Children's Spelling Bee! Come along and have a BLAST spelling words and hanging out with friends! On top of all this excitement, there are GRAND prizes! Interested? Here are a few rules you want to read over:

There will be two Spelling Bees.

The Little Bee will be held from 10-12 AM on June 29. Age restriction: 1st Grade to 4th Grade.
The Big Bee will be held from 12-2 PM on June 29. Age restriction: 5th Grade to 8th Grade.

(Your grade is the one you will attend in August, not the one you just graduated from!)

If you would like to participate, please register at anatexas.org as soon as possible! You must register by: [insert deadline here]! Within a week of registering, we will send an email with the word list according to the Bee you or your child applied in. These will be the exact words that will appear on the actual Bee.

Most of all, get ready to have a TON of fun!

Thank you,
Bhabika Joshi
