Exclusive: 6 photos: New York- One of the worse blizzards that hit U.S. East Coast on Saturday has killed 14 people and affected more than 85 million people. The highest, 40 inches of snow was recorded in Glengary, West Virginia where as 25.1 inches of snow blanketed the New York City's Central Park. Total 11 states and federal district Washington, D.C. declared states of emergency which were Georgia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia.

According to FlightAware.com. 8,569 flights were canceled for Saturday and Sunday. More than 74,000 people without electric power supply including 50,000 in New Jersey's Jersey Shore area.
