वास्तवमा,यो कार्यक्रम गरेर मधुरमणले नेपाली जनजातिलाई मज्जाले उपयोग गरेका छन । नियोगको कर्मचारि नियुक्तिमा जनजातिलाई जहिले पाखा लाएका छनभने देशको नाममा कर्यक्रम गर्दा यहांका अस्तित्वमा रहेका जनजाति संस्थाहरुसंग आधिकारिक सल्लाह नगरि ब्यक्तिगत आव्हानमा गरे त्यसैले कम संस्थाले झांकि लगे तर यहां १५ भन्दा बढी जनजातिक संस्था छन । मधुरमणको यो कुट्नीतिले फेरिपनि काम गरेको खण्डमा जनजाति नाईके भनाउंदाहरुले उसको झोला बोक्नु सिवाय केहि नगरेको प्रमाणित हुने छ ।

मधुरमण लगायत जनजाति नेत्रित्वलाई चेतना भया !!

संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघका लागि नेपालको स्थायी नियोगले Rubin Museum of Art को सहयोगमा आयोजना गरेको यस् A Taste of Nepal in New York कार्यक्रम समग्र रुपमा नेपालको पर्यटन उद्ध्योगलाई प्रवद्धन् गर्नका लागि सार्है स्रहानीय र राम्रो शुरुवात थियो । आगामी दिनहरुमा नियोगले यस् कार्यक्रमलाई व्रिहत रुप दिदै निरन्तरता प्रदान गर्ने छ भन्ने कुरामा हामी विश्वस्त छौ ।

पहिलो कार्यक्रम नै बडो सफलताका साथ सम्पन्न गरेकोमा स्थायी नियोगका सम्पूर्ण पदाधिकारीज्यूहरु र Rubin Museum of Art लाई हाम्रो हार्दिक बधाई छ ।

Judging by the turnout and some feedback that I have received so far, ATaste of Nepal last night at the Rubin Museum was a grand success. I wanted to sincerely thank each one of you for your excellent work and wonderful cooperation in preparing and executing this event. Many thanks to ech of the aprticiapting organizations which contributed the cultural programs. I want to extend my special thanks to all the artists and volunteers for their wonderful work. I also want to thank those of you who contributed to bringing in quality guests to our program. Please extend my sincere thanks to all your officials/members/staff and volunteers who contributed to the success of the program.
I would welcome your suggestions, if any, for such events in future.
I look forward to continuing our cooperation and collaborative efforts in the future.

Please allow me to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire Nepal Mission team for the wonderful job you all did on the “A Taste of Nepal” event. The event was very well attended by a quality group of people—a superb mix of crow. They were delighted with and enjoyed the unique cultural presentations and good Nepali food along with warm and friendly conversations. All the participating artists and their respective organizations have earned our highest respect for their outstanding and unique cultural presentations as well.

Let’s consider this a great beginning and commit ourselves to promote our native country of Nepal’s richness and uniqueness… in America and beyond in the months and years to come.

नमस्कार !

तपाईंले हाम्रो संस्थाबाट प्रस्तुत गरेको कौडा नाचको बारेमा जुन प्रतिकृया दिनु भएको छ त्यो सार्है सर्हानीय छ । हामी तपाईंको इमान्दार प्रतिकृयाको सम्मान गर्दछौं । तपाईंले उल्लेख गरे झै कौडा एक ग्रुप नाच हो तर बिबिध कारणले गर्दा हामीले एकल गर्नु परेको थियो जुन हाम्रो बाध्यता र कम्जोरी थियो । हामीले यो गल्तीलाई भविष्यमा दोहोर्याउने छैनौ ।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघका लागि नेपालका स्थायी नियोगका प्रतिनिधि मधु रमण आचार्यज्यूलाई लांघाली परिवार यूएस्एद्वारा न्यूयोर्कमा आयोजित दोहोरी कार्यक्रम २००६, २००७ र २००८ मा प्रमुख अतिथिको रुपमा निम्त्याएका थियौं र उहाँले हाम्रो निमन्त्रणालाई स्विकार्नु भएको थियो । यसलाई चाकरी गरेको भन्न मिल्दैन । उहाँलाई देशको सरकारी प्रतिनिधि भएको कारणले प्रमुख अतिथि बनाएका थियौ । यदि उहाँको ठाउँमा अन्य कुनै जनजाति, मधेशी, दलित जो सुकै भएको भए पनि हामीले हाम्रो कार्यक्रमको प्रमुख अतिथि बनाउथ्यौ होला । माथि उल्लेखित हाम्रो ३ वटै दोहोरी कार्यक्रमहरुमा नेपाल आदिवासी जनजाति महासंघ अमेरिकाका अध्यक्ष् श्री कर्मा ग्याल्जेन शेर्पाज्यूलाई पनि मुख्य अतिथिको रुपमा निमन्त्रणा गरेका थियौ र उहाँ सबै कार्यक्रमहरुमा उपस्थित हुनु भएको यहाँलाई पनि बिदितै छ होला । साथै गत अप्रिल ५, २००९ मा न्यूजर्सी राज्यमा आयोजित हाम्रो संस्थाको पाचौ वार्षिक उत्सव कार्यक्रमको प्रमुख अतिथि नेपाल आदिवासी जनजाति महासंघ अमेरिकाका महासचिव श्री अर्जुन गुरुङज्यू हुनुहुन्थ्यो । यसर्थ हामीले आयोजना गरिसकेका कार्यक्रमहरुका प्रमुख अतिथिहरुको विषयलाइ लिएर बहस नगर्न अनुरोध गर्दछौ ।

A Taste of Nepal in New York कार्यक्रमको बारेमा माथि प्रकाशित् समाचारमा हामीले नेपालको पर्यटन उधोगलाई प्रबर्द्धन गर्न स्थायी नियोगले शुरु गरेको राम्रो कामको प्रशंसा गरेका हौं । उक्त कार्यक्रमलाई हेर्ने आ-आफ्नै दृष्‍टिकोण होला । यसमा हाम्रो केही भन्नु छैन । तर आफ्नो दृष्‍टिकोण राख्नकालागि हामी पनि स्वतन्त्र छौ । यस् सम्बन्धमा कुनै पनि संस्था र व्यक्तिको दृष्‍टिकोण माथि हाम्रो संस्थाले बहस गर्न खोजेको होइन । यसर्थ हाम्रो संस्थाले एक्सप्रेस गरेको स्टटेमेन्टलाई कसैले पनि बिवाद्को विषय नबनाइदिन हुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
